AFRICA HUNTING SAFARI BIG GAME

NORTH CAMEROON

THE ASSURANCE OF AUTHENTICITY

At the crossroads of different peoples and civilizations we find Cameroon, an Africa in miniature. It stretches from its Ocean coastline on the Gulf of Guinea to Lake Chad, where East and West Africa meet.

The 18bis Zone (300.000 acres) is located in the north of Cameroon, 250 kilometers from Garoua (4 hours car). The guide has been present in the field since 1995.

This area is a real jewel, located in a dead-end, which is not accessible during the rainy season. It is bordered and protected by the National Park of the Faro with its fauna reserve, the Faro River and a mountain chain. A network of 300 kilometers tracks, yearly maintained, and a range of suitable quality vehicles allow you to get in the depths of an intact environment.

Rare picture Eland

Owing to the closure of the area, the season is short and therefore the guide receives only a few hunters. He attaches importance to user-friendliness, he has a real passion and one of his main objectives is to show and share the emotions of hunting in Africa, in the atmosphere of an authentic and pure safari. Cameroon is one of the few places left in Africa which can still offer such an experience.

The search of big animals is exclusively done by tracking, thanks to the talented Cameroonian trackers, renowned among the best in Africa. A real art.

The density of the fauna allows the guide to establish contacts with the Masters of the bush and each hunter to achieve his goals including the mythical Giant Eland. Thanks to a severe management and to the unique and priviliged aspect of the area , most of the trophies are recordable.

Giant Eland - "Exceptional picture"

The guide is very often quoted in the press and the references of the hunters can be communicated on demand.

A trained skinner is regularly attended by a french professional and assures the first preparations of the trophies under the most favorable conditions.

The hunting press having heard about the exceptional density of the fauna on our territory decided to devote several reports and accounts to that aspect.

The density of lions in that zone allow good approaches, but pay attention, their behaviour remains unforeseeable !
